| With the rapid development of economic construction, water conservancy and hydropower industry is booming China. Especially in the southwest, such as hydropower station Jinping, Xiaowan, Jinanqiao, Xiluodu, to Xiangjiaba and a series of giant hydropower projects have been completed, Baihetan, are also stepping up construction, based on Baihetan Hydropower Station Left Bank Powerhouse curtain grouting engineering, according to the special fractured basalt characteristics, study and adapted to the grouting material and diffusion rules. The grouting gallery area than the fresh rock, weathering degree is low, the unloading fissures and joints for closed or closed. This requires slurry need sufficient liquidity, and the particle slurry requires slurry particles are small enough to ensure the slurry can be filled into sma ll fissures. Therefore, for this kind of small common fractured rock, cement grouting material is difficult to meet the construction requirements of small crevasse rock grouting material and its basic properties of diffusion law is particularly important. In the project area grouting corridor structure character of rock mass for analysis and research, and the grouting material suitability analysis, selecting the suitable grouting material(ground cement); at the same time, for 1250 mesh, 800 mesh two ground level ground cement slurry were basically performance test, laboratory strength testing, and 1250 mesh ground cement for fracture grouting diffusion simulation test. At the same time, taking into account the actual progress of the project, this paper puts forward a simulation test of the indoor crack in the joints with the width of 2mm. The main results are as follows:(1)conducts the analysis research to the project area grouting corridor structure character of rock mass, mainly including lithology, joint fissure, fault zone, geological defects for statistical analysis, understand the corresponding structure characteristics, construction of curtain grouting for the future lay the foundation.(2)the basic performance test of ground cement slurry, the ground level, water cement ratio, viscosity of the rule of degeneration on the basic properties of finely ground cement grout analysis, including specific gravity, water segregation rate, funnel viscosity and fluidity, pump time, initial setting time, final setting time between;(3)by grinding fine cement slurry stone strength test, concluded that two ground level ground cement slurry are reflected in certain rules, namely when water cement ratio is 0.6, the compressive strength increase is far greater than the water cement ratio is 0.8- 1.5 increase and ground cement slurry early compressive strength growth is greater than the late compressive strength increases;(4)through the crack grouting in rock mass diffusion simulation test, on grout diffusion effects of two important factors(grouting pressure, the dip of the crack) of slurry with time diffusion values and eventually spread value of analysis and research that the analysis results;(5)to consider the actual progress of the project and fissures in the indoor simulation test of irrigation, an object of study for crack width is 2mm plane single fracture permeability, by water(slurry) pressure test that the Lugeon values and for engineering construction to certain reference function. |
