With the process of modern industry,the development direction of the compressor is a large and more columns.The performance of the compressor demand is higher and higher,at the same time must ensure its reliability and economy to meet higher requirements.Crankshaft as one of the most important parts of the compressor,not only it runs fast,the changing load is relatively the most complex,so it's possible to appear the phenomenon such as tile burning and loose dislocation.More serious even broken the shaft and cause accidents during production.So the working state and service life of the crankshaft directly affects the whole machine performance,and determine the reliability of the whole machine.Based on a 6 column symmetric full balanced high rotational speed of the crankshaft is as the research object,this paper research on the crankshaft torsional vibration analysis of shafting.First of all,built a 3D model according to the actual drawing size set up 6HS-E compressors shafting all parts with the help of PRO/E parametric 3D modeling software.The principal excitation loads,such as multiple piston force,harmonic load on crank pin from connecting rod and torsional moment borne by motor rotor,are obtained according to heat-power analysis platform.And use the MATLAB analytic software transformed the relative coordinates into absolute coordinates according to angle relationship.The load applied on the circumference of the compressor crankshaft crank pin and set the other boundary conditions.Finite element method of statics is employed to make crankshaft statics analysis of large-scale reciprocating compressors and the static and fatigue strength of crankshaft under changing load are examined.To restore the real operating mode,add comprehensive piston force by load step to the crankshaft on the response of the crank pin,and obtain the displacement,stress and strain response,etc.Then compare this method with traditional analysis methods for optimization.Then modal analysis was carried out on the shaft system,to solve the model system of the natural vibration characteristics.Get the natural frequency of this system and corresponding frequency vibration mode and relative amplitude.Finally,finish the dynamic analysis also the harmonic response of shafting.Get the effects on shafting torsional vibration under harmonic frequency load.Through the criterion of crankshaft torsional vibration analysis,the study found that All balance frame compared with symmetric frame response amplitude is small and more secure.Torsional resonance is only possible form of resonance,which can be clear that various kinds of bending and transverse modal don't have to be considered.In this paper,the research results can provide theoretical basis for the analysis of crankshaft torsional vibration.
