| With the rapid,sustained and stable growth of China’s national economy,as a link of economic development,the transportation industry has been developing rapidly,the quantity of automobile in our country has been increasing year by year,which makes the traffic road network develop rapidly.The increase of highway makes the link between the city more closely,the development of regional economy driven more intensively.At the same time,due to the car speed fast,in a remote section,once a traffic accident occurs,often leads to severe accidents,which cause some terrible consequences.Therefore,the highway brings convenience and efficiency at the same time also makes certain traffic accidents.This paper takes the highway road in Jiangxi Province as the research object,In order to understand the influence of the factors of highway traffic jam and the accident factors on the road risk level,according to the analysis results,the prevention and rescue work of the accident prone sections should be improved and reduce the road block time,reduce the degree of loss of the accident at well.Considering the advantages of Android mobile client,combine the great number of intelligent mobile phone users with high speed of the information transmission,making full use of those high penetration characteristics to established a highway accident alarm processing system.In this paper,the dynamic state of the road is realized with the idea of dynamic point of view,So as to establish a "driver-Highway-traffic police" system for the interactive highway accident alarm service system.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Using principal component analysis method and Q type clustering method to analyze and evaluate the traffic accident data of Jiangxi Expressway in 2011-2015.First,according to the 2011-2015 Jiangxi province highway traffic accident data to do effective extraction and finishing.From the two dimensions of time and space analyzes the risk grade of road accidents is analyzed.In the dimension of time divides the five year data of the month and day.After data standardization,the data are classified according to the corresponding time.The results of the assessment of the risk grade of the time section of the road with time are obtained.In the space dimension,according to the section of the classification.Firstly,the principal component analysis method is used to analyze the data of road accidents on each road section,and the contribution rate of each factor in the total index is obtained,then to select the component that can express the total index to get the main component expression and calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of each road section.Then Q type clustering method was used to analyze the comprehensive score of each road section,so as to get the risk grade of the highway.Then it can effectively establish the prevention and rescue work of the near accident point to reduce the loss caused by the accident.(2)A highway road traffic accident alarm system based on Android is constructed,and the corresponding information service is provided for the highway section and the service area.In the process of the system,an interactive system is constructed,which is the system of "driver-Highway Traffic Police".In this paper,accident information of the driver can be sent directly through the client to the traffic police database,including geographic coordinates,accident picture information,accident description information,etc.Through the traffic police information audit can be published directly to the platform through the system,other users can query through the client to the corresponding highway road accident information summary.So as to achieve the purpose of avoiding traffic accident road congestion and preventing the occurrence of the two accident.In this paper,the development of the system is not only in the accident alarm and processing functions,combined with the special nature of high-speed sections,it will also provide some corresponding location services,such as high speed road section of the information released,the corresponding service area gas stations,the vehicle stop information and other services.Traffic administrators collect and release vehicle information of service area gas station on expressway service area,users can inquire related information through the srstem to adjust their driving plan to avoid congestion in the same service area.(3)Establish the database for the alarm and processing system of the expressway,so as to analyze the information.In order to achieve better statistics and analysis of accident information,an independent highway traffic accident database was constructed.On this basis,the server can do some data analysis of the existing highway traffic accident condition.This paper provides a good guarantee to improve the smoothness of Expressway by combining the idea of VGI.The highway road blocking factor was analysed in the highway road accident data,then we can make road grade division.According to the problems in the analysis,the paper puts forward the construction of an intelligent accident alarm information service platform based on Android platform.In the existing research,the domestic and foreign scholars have only made a corresponding analysis of the highway road accident data,such as the factors of how accident happen,accident road structure analysis,etc.There is no solution system and method for this problem.Therefore understanding the highway road blocking factor for the Jiangxi province highway,at the same time making each section of the risk of road grade analysis and puts forward an effective method to establish a good road alarm service system. |
