Along with the increase of the service life of the equipment in the vehicle communication system, the maintenance and the aging of the equipment lead to the electromagnetic interference becoming more and more serious, which also weaken the performance of the system electromagnetic compatibility. In order to solve this problem, the system is maintained based on the test results of the electromagnetic compatibility test. However, with the deepening development of electromagnetic compatibility testing, a large number of test data has been produced, which is just recorded but not through the data mining based on the test data to find the change of system electromagnetic parameters, resulting in the need to repeat the test with a lot of time and manpower. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of the EMC test, it is very urgent and important for us to manage the electromagnetic compatibility testing data of the vehicle communication system effectively and study the characteristics of the typical test data.In this paper, in order to meet the needs of the research of Electromagnetic Compatibility assessment and forecast of the vehicle communication system, the Data mining method is studied based on the electromagnetic compatibility test data of the vehicle communication system and the appropriate method is also selected to analyze the typical characteristics of the test data.Firstly, this paper introduces the main content of the Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC) test in vehicle communication system, analyzes the type and structure of the test data,builds the test database according to the requirement of data management and analyzes the EMC requirements of test data analysis and research; Then it systematically studies the main methods of data mining, and according to the characteristics of electromagnetic compatibility of different types test data to select the corresponding data mining analysis method, and based on actual test data, studies the existing regression analysis prediction and neural network prediction modeling procedures to achieve process.Next, on the basis of the demand of index quantification in vehicle communication system's EMC performance evaluation, it studies the distribution characteristics of coupling degree and Standing Wave Ratio(SWR),and completes the lap impedance index quantitative based on the fuzzy clustering method; Based on regression forecast analysis, the processing method of the radiation emission characteristics test curve of original station is studied, providing the basis of interference simulation calculation for the vehicle communication system; Through the analysis of the SWR test data, it tries to use the neural network method to project and analyze the EMC problem, has realized the standing wave ratio mapping prediction results with the test relevant parameters, as the electromagnetic compatibility prediction provides a new research method, realizes the mapping prediction of the test correlation parameters and SWR result, which provides a new research method for the electromagnetic compatibility prediction.Finally, we plan the process of the vehicular communication systems test data analysis software and build the whole database as well as the design of software function module.
