With the development of vehicle network technology,the vehicle is becoming more and more electronic and intelligent.These technologys are significant for people's travel and road traffic safety.The realization of the vehicle network needs the data communication network built by the vehicles,pedestrians and roads.The OBD-based vehicle information acquisition system designed in this paper is an important part of the vehicle network.It is used together with the Android terminal platform and the back-end server,and it can support the data.Firstly,this paper studies the research status and development trend of vehicle network and vehicle information acquisition system.According to the basic function requirement and the basic principle,the paper put forward the overall design scheme of the system.And the paper studies the key technologies used in the design of the system,including the OBD system and the standard protocol of OBD-II.In addition,the paper have a deep research about the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)theory and the electromagnetic compatibility design in the vehicle information acquisition system hardware module design.Secondly,the paper designs the hardware module of OBD-based vehicle information acquisition system,and introduces the realization of core function in software.The hardware module design is divided into four parts,the power part,the main chip and its smallest system,OBD interface circuit,the Bluetooth communication circuit.Besides,the paper designs the PCB,and the EMC design is focused on.The core functions of the software include the realization of the communication function between the vehicle OBD system and the Android terminal through Bluetooth,the realization of the vehicle information acquisition function and the realization of the data remote transmission function.Finally,the paper tests the vehicle information acquisition module on the real vehicle,which verifies that the module can work normally and stablely.The paper tests the electromagnetic compatibility of the hardware module at the EMC testing center,which can verify the anti-interference performance of the module.
