With the extension of high-speed traffic mileage and the continuous development of urban road network group for people travel brings great convenience.As the same time,for a long time in the high-speed ventilation is carried out only on inner loop,the occupant will be discomfort such as giddy or depressed which caused by the lack of fresh air.To ease the discomfort,people open car side-window or skylight will cause the wind vibration noise inevitably.When the frequency of fluctuating pressure caused by wind vibration noise is close to the body inherent frequency,also can create a cavity resonance,increase the discomfort feeling such as tinnitus,flustered and giddy.On some extent,this phenomenon has been growing concern.Thus,People's requirement for vehicle ride comfort is higher and higher.To Travel for the pursuit of higher quality and meet the demand for vehicle ride comfort,it is necessary to stimatemaximum wind analysis car windows open under vibration and noise generation mechanism precision opening,and take means to control the use of wind buffeting noise is particularly important.At present,the current wind vibration noise abroad static condition simulation has made remarkable achievements.But for the wind vibrating boundary conditions of the noise study has just started,and the accuracy and efficiency of the relevant dynamic simulation of the border there are still insufficient.Therefore,this article through road test,wind tunnel test and weak compressible DCS,to explore the automotive wind noise generation mechanism precision side window opening with conditions of side continuously open vibration.On this basis,the measures by adding additional devices,optimized noise reduction has been achieved good results.The main contents are as follows:1.With some models do road test,the position of the occupant ear as monitoring sites to study changes with the degree of opening of the window in a row with the interior of the wind buffeting noise monitoring point,in the side continuously open condition to calculate simple cabin wind noise vibration.Founding by comparing its numerical simulation and experimental results are closer,prove the accuracy of the weaklycompressible model DCS based on a study of wind-induced vibration noise problems.2.Considering air medium compressibility and particle science MRT-LBM evolution equations,combined the weakly compressible model and DCS to compute simple cabin wind noise vibration.By contrast,we found that the numerical simulation results and experimental results are close,so that we can prove the accuracy of the weakly compressible DCS methods in wind-induced vibration noise problems.3.Using the weakly compressible DCS methods to study a section of the actual vehicle model side window wind buffeting noise mechanism and wind noise vibration noise under the condition of Continuous opening.By analyzing the flow field and pressure distribution in the car,explained the mechanism of automotive side wind buffeting noise.4.Put the real-time opening of the Equivalent Method to make the acoustic treatment with the results,and obtained a degree of opening of the continuous sound pressure level curve,at last we proved the car left front side window and the left rear side windows maximum wind buffeting noise corresponding side window opening.5.This paper puts forward the additional side window noise reduction device and uses the Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm,which according tothe production mechanism of wind vibration noise and produce the most wind vibration noise before opening the back window.Installing controllable spoiler position device for noise reduction on the rear window fornt B pillar.Achieved good results for reducing2 d B noise respectively.
