In recent years,the continuous expansion of the highway network between cities has led to the continuous improvement of the speed of vehicle driving.At the same time,since the automobile mechanical noise has been studied deeply and effectively controlled,the Buffeting noise of the automobile is becoming increasingly prominent.The Buffeting noise is coming from the opening of the side window during the High-Speed running of the vehicle while the vortex shedding occurs in the unsteady shear layer at the front of the side window and dashes on the rear of the side window causing the interaction with the vehicle inner air.Buffeting noise has the characteristics of low frequency and high strength,and its maximum strength changes with the different combinations of the side windows open significantly.High-strength Buffeting noise will make the passengers feel tired and anxious,affecting the car driving comfort and driving safety seriously.Therefore,in order to enhance the driving quality of the automobile product,making research about estimating the vehicle Buffeting noise of the side windows open combinations in the design stage is effective for enhancing the driving comfort of the car and reduce the safety of driving.In this paper,we carry out the study of Buffeting noise from the front window of the car,analyzed the relationship between the Buffeting noise and combinations of the side-window open degree.Also we designed the fins structure of the rearview mirror for reducing the Buffeting noise,which has achieved good results.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the compressible N-S equation,the weakly compressible control equations of the fluid are deduced.Also we discussed two turbulence models applied to calculate Buffeting noise of the simple vehicle compartment,and the more suitable turbulence model was identified by comparing the experimental results.Eventually a high precision transient numerical simulation method is established.2.We have carried out the experiment of Buffeting noise of the real road driving,and explored the distribution of the Buffeting noise about the combinations of side-windows open degree at different speeds,also determined the area of the side-windows open degree which may causes the maximum Buffeting noise.3.Based on the localized dynamic grid simulation method,the buffleting noise of the side window opening process is numerically simulated.By using Hill-Climbing algorithm combined with the experiment,we find the the maximum Buffeting noise of the combinations of side-windows open degree.4.According to the mechanism of Buffeting noise,a reasonable noise-controlled rear-view mirror of fin-shaped is designed,and using multi-island genetic algorithm to optimize its parameter.Finally,we got the optimized parameter and achieved well noise-controlled effect...
