Humidity have a significant impact on people's health,production and life,too high or too low humidity both will have a negative effect on indoor air quality?Generally,humidity of 40% ~ 60% is relatively appropriate.When the humidity is too low,the resistance of the human respiratory system will decline,which easily lead to respiratory diseases.Thus,the humidity sensitive paint,wood,paint and wood furniture will occur gradually different degree of deformation,delamination,and even cracking phenomenon.When the humidity is too high,it will lead to discomfort symptoms,such as poor heat dissipation of the skin,vasodilation and pulse speeding up.Besides,too High humidity can also cause wood,paper,textile,leather,medicines and other organic fabrics mildew infestation.In hot summer and cold winter zone,the biggest problem of the climate is that the high humidity throughout the year,hot summer and cold winter.Besides,air is easy to condensation in the transition season,which resulting in material and equipment mildew,thus affect people's production and life seriously.According to the climate characteristic of hot summer and cold winter area,in order to regulate indoor air humidity and the enclosure of moisture condensation effectively,the content of this paper research and design a full program of indoor humidity control system,which including building controlling humidity coatings,solar heating moisture control system,independent temperature and humidity control of radiant ceiling system.Through the optimization of construction of hygroscopic materials,choosing sepiolite as the building moisture transfer coating functional materials.And,based on the formula of sepiolite humidity controlling coating and ordinary paint,compounding the finished product of sepiolite humidity controlling paint.This humidity controlling paint has been qualified by the third party,and passed model room contrast and application test.The results show that this method is a passive control method,which does not consume any artificial energy,and has a more significant effect on moisture transfer,which can effectively regulate the indoor air humidity.As the most clean and reliable radiation energy,solar energy is of great significance to the energy saving and environmental protection.In this paper,the writer design a new solar heating floor system for humidity controlling,which canintelligently use solar system to provide low temperature hot water to control floor humidity,and the energy consumption of the system is relatively low.But the main problem in the system is temperature hysteresis of heating floor.So a simplified numerical simulation of the floor heating operation and experimental measurement were conducted in this paper,the results of which shows that warm water heated to specified floor temperature need time for 1 to 2 hours.Therefore,there are some defects in the solar heating floor system for humidity controlling in practical application,but it can be improved by warming up floor in advance and strengthening heat transfer process,and this research pointed out the direction for further research.Thus,it points out the direction for the next step of research.The temperature and humidity control form,which including coupling control of temperature and humidity and independent control of temperature and humidity.Among them,temperature and humidity independent control system has a significant advantages in energy saving theoretically.According to actual,this paper designs different temperature and humidity control system for the same engineering case,and analyses the total power and system energy efficiency.At last,the best solution shown is the temperature and humidity independent control of the cooling central air conditioning radiation ceiling system with the humidity controlling paint.Total power of the system in the case of 275 KW,the system efficiency is 3.49,and the humidity controlling paint can stabilize the indoor air humidity.If the humidity control performance of the wet coating is fully utilized,the air conditioning system can be started intermittently,and the energy saving advantage will be further expanded.
