The traditional primary air fan-coil system is not only of high energy consumption but also causing mold to multiply and spread, which will affect indoor air quality, with the problems of treating heat and wet together, difficult to adapt to changes in heat and moisture and working in wet condition. As a new form of air-conditioning system, radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system has the character of dealing with temperature and humidity separately, which can effectively avoid the disadvantages of the traditional air-conditioning system. This paper tries to study the energy conversation, economy and thermal comfort of radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system used in residence buildings.In chapter two of this paper, it studies the thermal comfort of radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system used in residence buildings. Firstly, this paper establishes the residence room model by using the Airpak software, a simulation based on the Airpak software to the air flow pattern under two different types of air distribution (down-inlet and up-outlet, up-inlet and down-outlet) and two different types of radiant endings (radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and radiant cooling endings on the wall), to analyze the impact of different air distribution on air flow pattern through the study of indoor temperature field and velocity field in the summer case. Secondly, this paper makes an analysis of the thermal comfort of radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system.In chapter three of this paper, thereafter, is the experimental section. It analyzes the application of the radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system in the actual engineering and measures the change of temperature the in the stable operation condition. The results, accord with the results of simulation degree, turns out to be higher, and the simulation results have higher credibility. Since the radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system often has the condensation problem. Based on the analysis of the condensation phenomenon and principle and combined with the engineering application, the paper takes measurements to prevent the condensation problem.In chapter four and five of this paper, based on the study of thermal comfort, this paper furtherly focuses on the energy conversation and economy of radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system. Firstly, it calculates the hourly annual cooling and heating load by DeST software. Secondly, it calculates and analyzes the annual energy consumption of the two air-conditioning systems by establishing the energy calculation model. Thirdly, based on the study of energy conversation, this paper calculates the early investment and annual operation cost by establishing the early investment calculation model, and evaluates economy of radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system by using static and dynamic economic evaluation method. It has a reflection of economy and high quality. Since few of radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system has been applied in the practical engineering, the market recognition is limited, but with the popularity of radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system, in terms of initial investment with the traditional primary air fan-coil system price, the gap will be reduced, then the radiant cooling endings on the ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system in the economic advantages will be fully displayed.In all, this study provides some design suggestion and guidance for its application in domestic engineering.
