With the rapid development of economy, the growth of energy demand and the improvement of environmental awareness prompted the development of wind, which is clean and do not consume fossil fuel. As wind power technology has been basically mature, wing power becomes the power generation model in renewable energy with good development prospects. The intermittent and volatility of wind farm's output has brought great influence on power system operation. In order to use of wind power fully and effectively, reduce pollution emissions, cut scheduling costs, reduce the influence of the wind power uncertainty on power system, the reasonable scheduling model and solving method is of great significance. According to the characteristic of wind power and the requirement of optimal operation, focusing on environment economic optimization scheduling problem of power system with wind farm integrated, the research works in this paper as follow:The bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm is adopted in the paper. Focusing on the shortcoming that the basic algorithm is easily trapped into local optimal problem, based on the commonly used improved approach, the weighted bacteria speed adjustment formula is used to improve the optimization speed and the chaos search mechanism is used to improve the global search ability. Example analysis proves that the improved algorithm has stronger global searching ability.Considering environment and economy of power system, the environmental economic dispatch model of power system with wind farm is established, in which unit fuel costs and pollution emissions minimum is the goal, the up spinning reserve and the down spinning reserve constrains considering wind power prediction error are included to deal with the lack of spare capacity caused by wind farm output power fluctuation. Based on fuzzy theory, adopt the weighted method to transform the multi.objective problem into the single objective problem and used the improved bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm to solve. Analyzed the impact of different weight on the calculation results, in environment economic dispatch problem of the system economic targets and environment goals has certain contact, in the practical application weights should be set to the different requirements of environment and economy. The rationality of proposed mode and the validity of the algorithm is verified.Demand side resources have been able to participate in the system scheduling with the development of smart grid. The basic concept, classification and application of the demand response model are introduced, demand response model is established in the paper. The environmental economic dispatch model of power system with wind farm and demand response is proposed and the approach to solve the proposed model that combines priority list method with the bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm is given. The paper analyzed the system load changes and the costs related scheduling changes of different demand response considered in the model. Results show that the optimization model considering demand response could optimize the load demand curve, is helpful to optimize the generation units output, improve the capacity of the wind, obtain significant environmental benefits and economic benefits.
