With the development of economic,motor is widely used in the applications of the economic.It is significant to do effective protection on motor system,so as to prevent it from burning when goes wrong. Therefore,study on the integrated motor protection controller proves to be of great economic and practical effects.The thesis mainly do the work in integrated intelligent motor protection controller based on parameter identification.Firstly, the paper analyzes the common motor failure. The features of motor failure are extracted using symmetrical components, and the corresponding logic criterion and protection principles are analyzed, in order to provide the motor control protection scheme combined with the need on site. Then, the concepts and the causes of the temperature rises are carefully discussed. Principles on predicting the motor temperature rises are mainly discussed,focusing on the temperature rises methods resistance methods equivalent method>BP neural network method. The neural network forecasting method is proposed combining the motor rise curve,so to realize the real-time prediction of motor temperature.The paper explain the solutions or improvements on the BP neural network identification of temperature rise,together with identifying the structure of motor temperature rise and study rules.By using the MATLAB simulation tools and improved BP algorithm,the models and simulations on the two most important parameters,which is constant temperature rises and thermal time constant,in the motor temperature formulas. Therefore, we can predict the motor temperature rises based on the BP neural network method.Secondly, both hardware and software designs on the intelligent protection control system are made,using the high-performance of ST company ARM core chip STM32F407.The hardware circuit includes a voltage current sampling circuit?a memory circuit?a power circuit?switch input and output circuit?RS485 communication interface circuit,etc. We use C Language to code the software part of intelligent motor protection in the Keil MDK environment.Finally, we select the ET070 touch screen produced by the Kinco Step company as the man-machine interface,then we design the motor protection parameter interface?parameter management interface?communication parameter interface and monitoring parameter interface, so to monitor the motor running status.Finally, we build intelligent motor protection controller experimental platform for common motor fault trials. And compare the predicted motor temperature rises with the real ones,so to prove the feasibility of the proposed neural network algorithm predicting the motor temperature parameters.
