Rural Landscape Construction And Protection Under The New Normal Condition

With the accelerated process of urbanization,the development of agricultural science and technology and agricultural economy, and the increase of farmers’ income in China, many rural areas have also set off a new upsurge for the construction of beauty countryside. At present, rural construction and urbanization has led to some changes in the traditional rural lives and ways of farm production. In the meantime, a series of issues have been coming out that rural ecological environment and original unique features have been disappearing gradually.The disappearance of unique features and the deterioration of the ecological environment in countryside have not only deeply affected rural residents’ daily life and farm production directly at present, but threatened the sustainable development of the ecosystem in China as well; So in the meantime of strengthening the beauty countryside construction, how to solve the contradiction between the rural economic development and the protection for rural natural ecological landscape resources is the important issues we are currently facing generally in our country.Currently, the main research on landscape construction and protection in China is focusing on the city. Relatively the research on rural landscape construction and protection is less. Through the investigations in different areas of the rural landscape construction, this paper is focusing on the research for the case of Sanwan township of Yongxin County in Jiangxi Province to understand the status of the current rural landscape construction and protection, to analyze the rural landscape construction and protection of the specific features and their commons, to find the common issues of the rural landscape construction and protection. By combining with the characteristics and connotation of the "new normal", the paper explains the function location of rural landscape to the policy recommendations of the protection and construction of rural landscape, put forward the strategy and specific solutions for the rural landscape construction and Protection by multi angle, and provide them with a certain valuereference for striving to promote the construction and protection of rural landscape in the future.
