Moso bamboo is a traditional management in China and it has the ecological,edible,ornamental uses and many other purposes.It has the advantages of fast growth,good breeding and any other abilities.To adapt the trend of "using bamboo instead of wood"and relieve the tense situation of shortage of wood resources,especially in the field of packaging.It can be used as a green packaging materials.However,the use of bamboo is still in the primitive level of physical and chemical processing.To truly achieve the high value-added processing in bamboo,the modern chemical processing technology of bamboo can be used for further processing and go deep into the molecular level to have a qualitative leap.Therefore,efficient use of chemical method to high attached bamboo processing to fundamentally solve the problem of shortage of wood resources.[Bmim]Cl this kind of ionic liquid and PEG,respectively,as a new type of solvent and common chemical reagents are widely used in wood modification,[Bmim]Cl modification of Moso bamboo sheets of domestic research is almost in a state of blank.The purpose of this paper is to initially research the modification of bamboo sheets by ionic liquid and prepare the way for preparation of lightweight packaging materials.[Bmim]Cl as a new green solution along with PEG to be used in dipping bamboo sheets and then hot-pressing sheets.The technology can improve the properties of bamboo.At the same time,bamboo timber' anisotropy reduces.It studied the characteristics of Moso bamboo in different configuration solution and the temperature around 80? for 20h under vacuum.And then,use the craft of "hot-pressing—soaking—hot-pressing".The main study contents including following several aspects:First is the influences of bamboo thickness and the number of hot pressing on the mechanical properties of bamboo;the second is to control the concentration of PEG and analysis the impact of it on the bamboo sheets;the last is to analysis the effects on bamboo by changing the first hot-pressing parameters which include hot-pressing temperature,time and pressure.The main results were as follows:(1)The influence of bamboo thickness and hot-pressing parameters on the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo:Bamboo sheets with thickness of 2mm,because of the poor impregnation effect,prone to cracking and longitudinal splitting when fracture mechanics tests.Sheets which hot pressed twice is better dimensional stability and tensile strength than sheets which had one hot-pressing.(2)Different concentrations of PEG on the impact of bamboo material:PEG and[Bmim]Cl are mixed to have a dipping treatment of bamboo.With the concentration increasing from 0%to 40%,its dimensional stability,longitudinal mechanics performance become better,and better than the untreated wood.Also,the cellulose has become from I to II and the stretching vibration peak of dimension decreases,The SEM image shows that bamboo surface cells arrange interlaced and anisotropic properties significantly have reduced,(3)The first hot pressing parameters on the impact of bamboo material:By changing the first time of hot-pressing temperature,time and pressure,the samples'dimensional stability are generally good.Unfavorable hot-pressing has too long time or too high temperature and high pressure.When the temperature,time and pressure are respectively 1800?,15min and 15MPa under hot pressing 15 min the samplea not only have good physical but also the mechanical performances luster and smooth.From the analysis of FTIR,the stretching vibration peak of O-H bone,ether linkage,C-O bone and the bone of benzene ring and oxygen ether oxygen are reduced.From the micro representation,the cell wall is blurred and anisotropy reduces.In conclusion,...
