Plant Landscape Design Research Of The ’New Chinese-Style’ Style In Urban Public Space

As the increasing of material standard of living and the growth of the national self-confidence,more and more people are aware of the importance of inheriting and carrying forward the national characteristics of Chinese traditional culture.People’s understanding of their living environment is also changing,which puts forward new requirements for the times,nationality and region of the modern urban landscape.The new Chinese-style landscape is the new landscape types produced from the change.Urban public space is an important activity area in people’s daily life,including leisure,entertainment,experience and communication,which is the show window of urban landscape,commercial culture and social spirit.Thirty-year rapid urbanization has brought great changes to the domestic public space of the urban landscape.The plant landscape has also been improved.But it also brings a lot of problems.This paper concisely elaborates the change of theoretical research and system of eastern and western classical garden plant landscape and combs the historical origin of all kinds of plant landscape design style genre,which lay a foundation for studying the new Chinese-style landscape.On the premise of browsing a large number of books and all kinds of paper,this paper explores the root of the new Chinese-style landscape under the background of Chinese history and culture.This paper raises problems according to the number,quality,humanization and culture of the urban public plant landscape space,including the lack of the green area of the urban public plant landscape space,the discovery inadequately of plant resources in our country,the lack of regional culture characteristics of plant landscapes,the identification of plant landscapes,the lack of space belonging and so on.The paper tries to introduce the new Chinese-style landscape to design of urban public space to solve these phenomena and contradictions and clears about the value of the new Chinese-style landscape in the urban public space through the analysis and conclusion of the creative characteristics,introduction significance and design principles of the new Chinese-style landscape.The paper consequently proposes that the new Chinese-style plant landscape are used in the design strategy of the urban public space.In order to further explore the the new Chinese-style plant landscape in the urban public space,the paper analyses the the new Chinese-style plant landscape design of the Hefei 1912 commercial street,Shanghai Muzhongshanshui Park and Suzhou Taohuayuan residence zone in the form of on-the-spot investigation to demonstrate and feedback the understanding of the theoretical level.
