Frame infilled wall, especially the new walling materials filling wall has many advantages, but its large shrinkage can lead to large frame infilled wall cracks easily. It affect the properties of the lower wall once cracks,, this paper study frame infilled wall crack problem and put forward the effective method of crack control.First of all, this paper analyzes the mechanism of cracks in masonry, mainly analysis cracking mechanism caused by deformation. The volume deformation of masonry includes drying shrinkage, temperature deformation, carbide, creep deformation and other factors.Discusses the mechanism of several research respectively, and comprehensive analysis deformation coefficient values at home and abroad. And putting forward the drying shrinkage is the main factor under deformation factors.Second, The using the phase of the drying shrinkage is the main cause of deformation and cracking of framework. By the relationship between the dry shrinkage of the using phase of drying shrinkage,we can conclude the using stage dry shrinkage quantitationlly. Finally comprehensive comparative the using phase of drying shrinkage, test drying shrinkage value and standard value, selecting the most reasonable drying shrinkage of the frame wall.Third, Assuming that three different kinds of flexible boundary conditions of walls, then select three representative framework filler wall material: Sintered hollow brick, Light aggregate hollow block and Aerated concrete hollow block. Qualitatively comparing how different boundary conditions, different frame infilled wall material and three different sizes to influence the stress of wall by ANSYS finite element analysis nephogram and research the possible location of the crack under different conditions in the above.Fourth, Through finite element analysis model of quantitative analysis the wall stress size and direction of different boundary conditions, different wall size, when drying shrinkage equivalent temperature drop 1?.And combined with principal stress size and strength theory formula to calculate the wall cracking limit drying shrinkage temperature. Finally dryingshrinkage crack control methods are put forward.
