The man-hour ration is one of the important parameters for the enterprise to carry out the production plan and estimate the product cost, which is directly related to the production management level of the enterprise. On the one hand, the traditional man-hour calculation process is very complicated and error-prone; on the other hand, the traditional time quota method lack of the feedback on the information of new technologies, new materials and new process, which makes man-hour data update delay, so that there are certain error existence at value between man-hour calculation results and the actual man-hour. In order to solve these two problems, an adaptive man-hour ration calculation model and visual integration technology is proposed.In this paper, the research object is based on the man-hour ration of mechanical process, and establishing the part information model by analyzing the characters of the parts. The part visual model is created dynamically with technology of Silverlight 3D by studying the mapping relationship between process characteristics and 3D model and visualized the process of calculation. The rule base and parameter library of man-hour calculation are established by using process features and feature groups to divide different time calculating process. On the basis of the analysis of the rule base and the parameter database, the dynamic rule engine is built, and the intelligent calculation of man-hour is realized.The accuracy of man-hour ration is the only guarantee of "standard working hours”. In this paper, the error propagation mode is established by analyzing the possible error of man-hour on every node in process route. Under the environment of system integration, an adaptive mechanism based on multi-objective artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed and an example is given, solving the problem of time quota error caused by the man-hour data update delay.Finally, the system implementation of the man-hour calculation module is discussed, This paper chooses the development environment and designs software architecture of the system by considering the situation of the enterprise, and introduces the function of the system in detail with effect diagram. The technology has been applied to the actual production, and has achieved good results.
