In recent years, the development of Internet economy brings the rapid development of logistics and distribution industry. However,extensive development has brought many problems. Network duplication, low barriers of the industry, environmental pollution, traffic congestion and poor level of information block the development of express delivery industry.In this case, the current express industry is difficult to adapt to the needs of the future Internet economy. Joint distribution,as an advanced express distribution model, can not only effectively solve express distribution problems, but also represents the future direction of the industry. Especially when combined with cloud technologies, unified configuration and scheduling of resources, joint distribution can greatly enhance the distribution efficiency and customer experience. In this background, this paper has a strong theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,concerning joint distribution,the characteristics, current situation and problems,together with path planning methods and theories,are introduced.Binding to both common distribution and joint distribution, a new distribution method is raised.Secondly, the paper discusses path planning strategy for cloud platform. Through the establishment of distribution scheduling model, combined with the characteristics of the large-scale distribution,we have the idea with the first step of cluster analysis, and then we solve the path planning problems based on the first step.After cluster analysis, the VRP problem becomes simple. With Matlab,the paper discusses the feasibility of the model in the case of a specific operator. By comparing joint distribution with traditional distribution, the paper highlights the economic and environmental friendliness of joint distribution.Finally, the information system for cloud platform is designed based on possible needs so that the cloud platform is able to allocate resources effectively. Besides,the paper designs the web page to support business. At the same time, to meet the needs of customers, APP interface for employees and customers is designed.In summary, this study makes the combination of cloud platform and joint distribution concrete and feasible.Besides,the development of future distribution becomes possible and vivid.
