Research On The Rapid Integration System Of The Double Chain Conveyor

Conveyors are widely used in the production line and logistics warehousing. The conveyor is indispensable in industrial 4.0. Because of the high efficiency of the logistics transport of the conveyor, it becomes very famous in the factory. Because of the needs of different customers on the conveyor is different, its more and more demand for personalized. To response the market quickly and design out the product which fit the bill of the customer has great significance for the conveyor production company.This article embarks from the rapid response to customer to do rapid response design of roller conveyor. The implementation strategy of rapid response design system is firstly analyzed, the system of software platform and the system framework was built and the function of system was analyzed. And the last, the rapid response design of the double chain of conveyor was built from three aspects, such as rapid layout design, rapid structure design and database management.the research content is as follows:1. The layout optimization design was proposed because of the bad situation, such as the redundance of conveyor line and turbid of structure. The rapid layout design of conveyor line is realized because of layout design module, and provide the support of parameter for the rapid response design of conveyor subsequently.2. The rapid structure design of conveyor. The design experiment of conveyor was summarized and the design formula was built. The function module was analyzed according to the conveyor structure, and do the module partition. The top-down parametic module was built based on module paritition by using the second development of solidworks.3. The database of the double chain of roller conveyor was built, and the addition, modification and delete was realized to change the database. It is convenient for designer to manage the database.In the end, the rapid integration system was built through Visual Basic program language. It provides an integration system for the designer and makes the designer easily to design out the production which fill the bill of the demand of the costumer.
