With the rapid development of Chinese economy,urbanization has been improving,urbanization rate was only 10.64% when the founding of New China's,the 20 th century urbanization rate has been 30%,in 2014.Bureau of Statistics announced economic indicators pointed out that China city rate reached 54.77%,according to forecasts,,China's urbanization rate will increase about 60% by 2020.Urbanization rate increased rapidly,it promoted the development of construction industry,however,the construction industry is also a need for more water,the short of water resources hindered the development of the city,we need to adapt to social development,changing the original water cycle system,constructing water-saving and environmentally-friendly buildings,achieving sustainable development strategies.Green building evolves under the development trend of the he planning building water-saving and environmental protection building,it is a concept(technology),in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan",the state enacted the "Green Building Evaluation Criteria"(GB / T 50378-2006),from saving land,energy,water and money,protecting the environment and other aspects,it puts forward instructive normalize requirements on green building.With the development of the building,the original standards can not meet the needs of current,in the "Thirteenth Five-Year plan",state revised original standard systematically,is implementation of Green Building Evaluation Standard "(GB/T 50378-2014),the introduction of the concept of low-impact development(LID)controls the use of rainwater,in order to achieve better economic,environmental and social value of green building.Rain water is an important part of non-traditional water,with the destruction of the climate and environment,increasing the construction area,the urban water scarcity problem is obvious,which requires us to adopt appropriate measures to control the use of rainwater,on the one hand can ease urban water shortage of resources,it also can improve the ecological environment on the other hand.In this paper,based on "Green Building Evaluation Standard"(GB / T 50378-2014),based on the concept of low-impact development rainwater control and utilization to do a more in-depth research,first we elaborated the domestic and rainwater utilization system control,Secondly,we analyzed the integrated management system of low-impact development techniques(storage systems,transportation systems,filtration systems,osmotic systems and retention of biological systems)and used in urban construction.Finally,"Wing urban construction cartel Metro a project union new city of Yongcheng Jianye" we analyzed problems of rainwater control and utilization about project planning and design,and proposed measures for specific problems with low impact development techniques.The research of concept rainwater control and utilization under low-impact development has a practical reference and reference value.
