Both the country's development and social progress, and convenient transportation system is its strong support, with many transportation ways, the high-speed railway transportation for its safety, economy, environmental protection, all the while. With the continuous development of science and technology, high speed railway is constantly pursuing higher efficiency, its running speed is also in constant ascension, now gradually formed a mature system of high-speed rail. High speed railway line built in day and night, the original high speed sd line is in constant to reconstruction. Accordingly, under the requirements of reliability and security of the high-speed rail equipment was put forward new requirements. In order to ensure efficient and safe operation of high-speed railway, high-speed railway equipment in generations to update and improve,at the same time, the high-speed rail equipment maintenance and testing equipment is in the land of generations of innovation and practice. This topic selection in high speed railway switch control circuit fault detection of intelligent equipment research and development, is committed to assisting signal maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately determine the working state of the switch control circuit, judge the fault position switch control circuit, save maintenance time, increase operation efficiency.There have been a lot of experience and technology in improving operational efficiency, shorten the switch control circuit breakdown maintenance time. There are various fault cases analyses railway field put forward by the rapid troubleshooting process, have to switch machine in-orbit testing feasibility of the proposed design of portable test instrument, also have based on fuzzy neural network, grey relation(Dempster Shafer), D- S evidence theory of information fusion and decision tree analysis theory of fault location.This thesis is on the basis of the existing experience theory, refer to the existing portable switch machine on-orbit tester design principle, analysis of the available and unavailable theory, in view of the high speed railway switch control circuit fault intelligent testing equipment research and development, design speed switch fault intelligent diagnosis instrument. Core part is divided into switch machine offline diagnosis instrument driver module and virtual switch machine simulation module, two modules employed different principle basis, which used for different functions. According to the principle of now five wire switch control circuit, the circuit from the line plate position in two, as the theoretical foundation of the two modules, two modules including the hardware part designed using electronic circuit board and software part designed using C language, which were used to test the working condition of switch machine circuit outdoor and control circuit of switch machine indoor.In the case of the scene, when the switch control circuit failure or the failure, voltage, current and other electrical parameters can mutate or gradient, collection and analysis of the data of these changes can make fault judgment. Thesis based on the analysis the difference of five wire switch control circuit and four wire switch control circuit, besides the traditional data analysis model such as current and voltage, described the necessity of data analysis and its collection and processing power. Thesis is specific diagnostic instrument hardware design principle and software design process, and the made explanation involves the communication mode. Finally, the design complete diagnosis instrument to carry on the software and hardware joint debugging, debugging, after the completion of the diagnosis instrument for function test, the test results, according to its ability to speed switch control circuit fault intelligent diagnosis, with its reliable, safe and convenient to reach the demand of the original design.
