With the development of construction technology of bridge, bridge construction techniques are constantly updated.Incremental launching method of bridge would not have much of an impact on traffic;construction equipment is relatively little compared to other construction methods;it will be propitious to manufacturing organizations and shorten the construction period.Based on the advantages of incremental launching method,it increasingly being used in bridge construction. Incremental launching method of whole bridge system transformation isfrequent. With the coordinates of the structures of pushing jobs, displacement and stress are constantly changing, make the structure force more complicated than other forms of construction in construction process.Based on the incremental launching construction of the main bridge of Xian Yue Lu-Cheng Gong Avenue interchange engineering as the background, the main tasks are as follows:(1) Introduces the origin of incremental launching method and incremental launching construction of structures; summarizes the incremental launching method and principle; details of incremental launching construction of the monitoring system established.(2) Using the large finite element software ANSYS to incremental launching construction of steel box girders in various conditions by the establishment of three-dimensional simulation model, based on basic engineering data, determine the relevant model parameters, choose reasonable units.Simulateincremental launching construction under different conditions, determine the parameters to be controlled in the construction process.(3) To the incremental launching construction of actual displacement, strain measurement. Compared the actual value to the calculated valuesfinite element models in different conditions, adjusts the model parameters hours as the guidance of a construction conditions.(4) The final summary the results of finite element analysis and construction, and compared and analyzed the two result.Conclusion that can provide references for the same type of bridge construction.
