At present, it has been a new era of mobile Internet for the world. Various communication networks are integrating with the development of science technologies. The application and the service of telecommunication networks are improved rapidly. Recently,restructuring of telecom industry has been completed and the new mobile networks are being constructed. How to reduce and avoid the repeated construction of mobile networks has been a key question for China telecom industry. At the other hand, the high speed railway has been the main transportation due to it fast running speed. Thus, stations of high speed railway have been an important places for people's daily living. It becomes more and more urgent for the telecom providers to insure their mobile services with low operation and maintenance costs.The industry standard of co-construction and sharing become a potential method for this.In this paper, the communication construction project of the new high speed railway station for Urumqi is given as example of co-construction and sharing. And the installation engineering project of main communication equipments is presented in detail. As the main line, the design of wireless coverage indoor is analyzed, and by which the radio frequencies can be shared by deferent telecom providers. It is not only accord with the trend of co-construction and sharing, but also gives a method for wireless coverage indoor of the station. According to the requirements of all factors o such as the location, the planning, the capacity and the operation maintenance of the station, the construction project of communication systems is designed based on the former investigations. The design includes many substances which begin from the current situation analysis of communication systems and end of the results of integrated tests. They are the access methods of the backbone fiber,distributed antenna systems indoor, public networks, WLAN systems, power systems,construction safety and so on. Finally, the practicability of the project is verified by the field testing.
