With the development of the wind power industry, it has brought about many challenges to the related technology research in the field of wind energy. Building the intelligent system of wind active power control is the one of the key factors that accelerate the large-scale wind farm management system integrate into the smart grid,and it is also the future important development trend of wind farms parallel operation.Thus, in this paper, in order to improve the wind power active power control system of intelligent for research purposes, building an active power control simulation platform of wind farms that can measures and analyzes the related power control method, and study the wind power active power control method of intelligent in the further. In this paper,the main work is as follows:(1) The definition and characteristics of Agent and Multi-Agent system and their architecture are studied, and summarize the active power of wind turbine control principle and the control strategy of active power of the wind farm.(2) Build the architecture of active power of wind farm control simulation platform based on Agent. In logic system, the former general structure can be divided into data acquisition layer, wind, wind turbines, the power to predict the wind generator, wind farms centralized and distributed power control three link organically. In physical system,this paper expounds individual Agent of the platform should have the function.(3) Based on Multi-Agent technology, combined with the function of the simulation platform, the platform of the built-in algorithm is studied. Put forward will be based on the BP neural network method, the dynamic classification of wind farm wind turbines based and the coordination control algorithm, the centralized power control level of wind farms and the distributed power control on the level of wind turbines. Providing support for the simulation platform of the programming and testing.(4) With the JADE programming platform, this simulation platform use the Java language into development, the general structure of the Agent and the Agent the base class for study and execution. System modeling classes, classes within the platform for key programming. Establishing the initial wind farms active regulation simulation platform based on multi-Agent.(5) In combination with the practical operation data of a wind farm, testing and analyzing of the simulation platform's structure and the three Agent of algorithms.
