AC / DC hybrid microgrid is a new type of microgrid, which can effectively integrate the advantages of both the AC and DC microgrid, and can make a flexible coordination among power generations of different regionals, and form an effective interaction with the load side. For different types of electrical energy, AC / DC hybrid microgrid can provide a personalized network and operation mode, which can significantly improve the overall operating efficiency of the distributed power supply. Overall, AC / DC hybrid microgrid can not only effectively reduce the overall system cost, but also improve the flexibility of electric power supply and demand. These all are helpful for creating a secure and stable, high-quality low carbon system. It can significantly reduce the comprehensive cost of the microgrid. And, it is the future of microgrid technology.One reasonable and effective method of optimal operation has important significance to the advantages of AC / DC hybrid microgrid. In this paper, the following researches are carried out for the optimal operation problem of AC/DC hybrid microgrid.A basic study of the hybrid microgrid is carried out. In this paper, the hybrid microgrid technology and its similarities and differences with the traditional microgrid are described in this paper, and the basic structure and composition of the hybrid are studied.For the modeling of AC / DC hybrid microgrid, this paper analyzed and established a model of the hybrid microgrid. Based on the analysis of the main equipment and the model, this paper established the multi objective optimization model of the integrated cost and environmental protection.As to optimal operation problem of AC / DC hybrid microgrid between the power suppliers, based on the structure of AC / DC hybrid microgrid, the multi-objective optimization algorithm named jump and shift method is improved. By combining MILP optimal operation method and nonlinear loss optimization based on ISPO optimization algorithm, a new optimal operation method is given for AC / DC microgrid. The example showed that this method can effectively optimize the operation of AC / DC hybrid microgrid.One method for the optimization of the source load interaction of the AC / DC hybrid microgrid is proposed, which provides a solution for the optimal problem of the power generation side and the load side. Based on the principle of demand response, the demand response model and the satisfaction degree of price incentive are established, and the nonlinear property of the model is derived. According to the characteristics of the model, this paper uses two layer optimization method and the improved simulated annealing algorithm, and puts forward the integrated optimization operation method, which is based on the combination of the fixed load optimization operation method. This method further improves the comprehensive economy of AC / DC hybrid microgrid.
