Along with the continuous development of low-carbon economy, under the new situation, carbon trading and large-scale wind power integrated in power grid makes scheduling system show different features. In this paper, new characteristics in dispatch systems are viewed as the breakthrough point and try to make some improvement to the traditional scheduling system, so it can adapt to the development of the new situation. Based on the above a nalysis, this paper does some research about power system economic dispatch based on carbon trading containing wind power system.First of all, this paper introduces the basic content of carbon trading and present situation of our country's carbon trading market. The research status of wind power dispatching system are conclude. For the processing of the wind power which is commonly used in scheduling systems which contain wind farms uncertainty method- chance constraint method and the constraint solving method are introduced. And then enumerate two kinds of commonly used carbon allocation methods and establish a complete carbon trading in the scheduling system model.Secondly, based on the historical method of carbon p ower allocation, the model considering optimal combination way including wind farms and multi-objective scheduling model of carbon trading are established. Binary particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the unit combination, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on chaotic search are used to solve the optimal output of the unit. Aimed at the uncertainty of wind power, by using the method of chance constrained to wind power forecasts as a random variable, fully considering the influence of wind power unc ertainty of model, The example analysis, validation, this paper focuses on analysis the superiority of combined optimization, the influence of the carbon distribution proportion for scheduling cost and carbon trading price fluctuations for scheduling cost impact.Finally, because of the volatility of carbon market price and carbon trading price has a great influence on the operation cost of reality, a scheduling model of low carbon economy considering multiple uncertainty are set up. In view of the multiple uncertainties of low-carbon economic dispatching in this chapter, according to their different characteristics, wind power forcast error and load forecast error are expressed as fuzzy variables and random variables. In view of the random uncertainty carbon trading price, according to the prediction model of carbon trading price, using multiple scenarios to deal with the volatility of carbon trading price, and establishes a model which contain mixed chance constrained and consider uncertainties. Example analysis confirmed that the established model can realize, low-carbon economy, the unity of the security, and under the consideration of carbon trading price fluctuations of scheduling results are more in line with the reality.In the end of the article, the research results of this article are summarized, for the existing main problems and the development direction of the future about this topic, the author put forward its own proposals.
