Electric energy collection system can achieve automatic data collection, management, and power quality data and statistical line loss statistical analysis, real-time acquisition, control the power consumption information of users while monitoring and controlling user's electricity load. Its application to run for the realization of the price ladder, cost control and other intelligent power marketing business provides technical support; its accuracy is directly related to the power company's electricity marketing effectiveness. While electric energy collection system is now widely used have many advantages, but put into practical operation of the project also faces many potential unexpected losses. These unforeseen circumstances, if handled carelessly, are likely to affect the normal operation of the whole system, causing huge losses to the power companies. Construction of electric energy collection system security is a huge, complex, dynamic interactive systems engineering.Based on the lessons, based on current research, mainly in the present, China's domestic electric energy collection system as the research object, run the risk of electric energy collection system project evaluation and research. First, application and development of the entire electric energy collection system, the main technical and implementation capabilities are introduced, and the necessity of the project proposed and research purposes operational risk management research.
