Dust, SO2, NOx of China's coal-fired boiler flue gas in general to take the tail of the boiler dust removing device, installation of desulfurization and denitration device to control respectively. This kind of governance has respectively complex system, investment and operation cost is high, and there are two large area pollution and other defects. Therefore, multiple pollutants removal technology has become the main development trend of flue gas treatment, especially suitable for the treatment of flue gas in coal-fired boilers. In this paper a small flue gas purification system development internal field effect research. Research Based on the FLUENT software, the numerical simulation method of the lower part of the system of cyclone dust collector and upper spray absorption unit is used to simulate the three-dimensional flow field, analyzes the internal and multiphase flow velocity field, pressure field and temperature field, and gives the system structure of numerical optimization. The simulation results show that the exhaust pipe insertion depth and double inlet mouth type optimization results are coupling, can effectively improve the separation performance of cyclone dust collector; using two layers of spray, the flue gas velocity tended to be stable, improve the uniformity of the flow field; in the spray absorption unit is provided with porous tray and the height optimization can effectively weaken the umbrella cap at the top of the flow field in the swirl intensity and eliminates the flow dead zone. The development and design of the integrated device for the removal of multi pollutants in the flue gas of medium and small coal fired boilers.
