Operation ticket system has been widely used in the production line. The operation ticket system can basically meet the functions such as making out a ticket, error checking,training and management and so on. But it remains to be improved in terms of intelligence. Some operation ticket system has the function of the intelligent error protecting, ensuring safety and correcting billing process. However, in the development of intelligent features of making out a ticket is not perfect, especially in the load loss of electricity situation. How to avoid losing power of important load in the process of make out a ticket still lacks effective treatment methods. Therefore, intelligent operation ticket system still needs further research. For this problem, this paper did some research work from two aspects of security checking and lost electricity processing.Comprehensively comparing and analyzing the mechanism of the current intelligent operation ticket system, the function of the optimal power flow calculation module and electric processing function module had been designed based on the function module integration method of the original operation ticket system platform, which had improved the intelligence of the function of making out a ticket in the original operation ticket system. The module of optimal power flow used memory sharing to connect the main program. And the module of losing electricity processing could add the recovery program to the operation ticket by calling the function of making out a ticket.For the development of the module of optimal power flow, the mainly focuses were algorithm selection and program implementation. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of optimal power flow algorithm, the interior-point method had been chosen as the core algorithm of the module from two aspects of reliability and the computation speed, of which the principle had been deduced. According to the data sharing structures between various modules of the operation ticket system, corresponding mathematical model of the optimal power flow had been established and the algorithm were also theoretically deduced. The Visual Studio had been used as a developing tool to realize the programs of optimal power flow calculation, which took advantage of the convenient memory accessing mechanism of C language.For the situation of losing load caused by normal operation, the overall scheme of losing electricity processing had been designed. The power grid topology had been analyzed to find the solutions of the losing power load by the introduction of the concept of the electrical island. Through further study of distribution network fault recovery method and combining with the characteristics of the power grid resource in the operation ticket system, a kind of path searching algorithm for losing power islands had been put forward, which was based on distance vector. The module of optimal powerflow had been called to check power supply scheme. Finally, the power supply scheme was ranked respectively according to the minimum network loss and minimum operation steps, from which the dispatcher could choose. The recovery program was converted into the operation sequence automatically and inserted into the operation ticket as action items by calling the function of making out a ticket, which reduced the load loss in the process of power grid operation and improved the power supply reliability.The system was applied to the actual user program, and the optimal power flow calculation and losing electric processing functions were tested. According to the actual user deployment of one special scheduling method, the integration of the entire network intelligence prevent wrong operation ticket system was developed. Practical running results show that the system could reach 100% of the ticket is correct. For optimal power flow calculation and lose electric processing functions using the IEEE standard test systems based on test data, testing results show that the development of function module could improve the original intelligent operation ticket system.
