Transformer is one of the important electrical power system equipment, in order to analyze power system transient process or ferromagnetic resonance problems, DC bias and inrush current, a precise equivalent transformer model is important. Transformer model established mainly by three factors: saturation hysteresis and eddy influence.In the paper, a new method is presented to establish the equivalent circuit model of the transformer based on no-load transformer the loss,by paralleling a nonlinear resistor and an inductance with nonlinear and hysteresis effect. Transformer model combines neural network algorithm parameters characteristics of the transformer model parameters can be obtained at different frequencies. And then use piecewise linear transformer model established to solve the excitation current, the computation results are found to be in agreement with measurement data again, which proves the validity and accuracy of the modeling method proposed in the paper.First of all, based on core loss and hysteresis, a model of transformer nonlinear parameter is established, by paralleling a nonlinear resistor and an inductance with nonlinear and hysteresis effect. Transformers nonlinear model gives an equivalent circuit model parameters and detailed calculation methods. Based on work above, transformer load test was done, which are two different ferromagnetic materials, to verify the accuracy of the model. Experimental results show, the computation results are found to be in agreement with measurement data again, which proves the validity and accuracy of the modeling method proposed in the paper.Next, based on core loss and hysteresis and load test, a model of transformer model is established at different frequencies. The arbitrarily frequency transformer model can be obtained through combining with neural network algorithm. Simultaneously, such obtained method is used to establish the circuit model of a real single-phase three-column transformer JMB500. Again, the computation results are found to be in agreement with measurement data.At last, the transformer model is solved by combined with piecewise linear method.Transformer load test was done, in order to verify the accuracy of this article transformer model. The transformer magnetizing current, obtained by solving the transformer model combining method of piecewise linear iterative thinking, compared with the experimental measurements. The results show, the computation results are found to be in agreement with measurement data again, which proves the validity and accuracy of the modeling method proposed in the paper.
