Development and design the high accuracy dc transformer has the very good application value.Firstly, the paper gave a brief overview of dc transformer, current divider, hall type transformer, magnetic modulation transformer. Analyzed the characteristics of several kinds of common transformer and the existing problems.Researched the theory of electromagnetic finite element analysis.For the core characteristics of magnetic modulation dc transformer. Established the magnetic modulation dc transformer model based on ANSYS and carried out on the core three-dimensional finite element simulation.The simulation data show that the relationship between the parameters that affect the magnetic modulation dc transformer.Analyzed the reason of the current transformer error. Established the magnetic modulation dc transformer Pspice software circuit model. Simulation of the reference voltage, the size of the coil, the coil number of turns, excitation cycle and sampling frequency affect the dc measurement results.At last, structured the hardware circuit of magnetic modulation dc transformer. The tests show that this dc transformer precision satisfies the requirement of micro electric current leakage detection. |
