In today's world with rapid development of social and economic situation,all countries in the interconnection of creating a global strong smart grid,which constitute the main body and is based on \ "ultra-high voltage grid and smart grid\",the grid will be realized in a broader range of connectivity,local power grid volatility will bring a more wider impact involves the range will become more wide,effectively improve the quality of electric energy is more and more important and urgent.In this paper a simple on the basic situation of the current research on power quality in the world and the research status of detection technology and means,and have sex on the voltage fluctuation and flicker of the relevant situation of transient and steady state detection algorithm is presented,and the correlation detection method and algorithm of all kinds of disturbance.On the voltage fluctuation and flicker to carry out specific analysis and research,this paper adopted to extract the envelope of voltage fluctuation signal curve,and put forward a kind of this article think the comparative advantages of spectrum estimation method to extract the envelope of estimates,never gain modulation component of relevant characteristic parameters to calculate the voltage short-term flicker value accurately.This paper first analyzes the most commonly used as the Hilbert transform(HT),square demodulation and Wavelet transform(WT)detection methods,such as,and the comparison.To several kinds of spectrum estimation method(used for modulation component parameters)such as skin SaLunKe(Pisarenko)harmonic decomposition method,the Fast Discrete Fourier Transform(FFT)algorithm and the improved algorithm,etc.are analyzed and compared.This paper focuses on the general's algorithm(Prony algorithm),and in the street,algorithm(Prony algorithm),on the basis of proletarian,an improved algorithm is proposed(Prony algorithm).And way of the algorithm is verified by simulation,you can see the improved algorithm,on the street(Prony algorithm)can effectively overcome the original street,algorithm(Prony algorithm)is sensitive to noise of some defects,but also effectively non-stationary signal fitting ability and the fitting precision is improved.Finally,this paper presents a proletarian,based on the improved algorithm(Prony algorithm)and Hilbert transform(Hilbert transform)parameter estimation method,the parameter estimation method can significantly enhance voltage fluctuation signal envelope extraction accuracy,and can detect the frequency and amplitude modulation components such as precision of parameter values,and then use statistical sorting method for short-term flicker(voltage),and finally by the American mathworks company(matrix&laboratory)on the mathematical software MATLAB simulation based on the parameter estimation method and proves that the parameter estimation method has good accuracy and effectiveness.
