The gas-liquid two-phase flow parameter measurement of two-phase flow measurement is one of research hotspot and difficulties in the field of flow measurement.This paper proposes a new combination method which uses ultrasound correlation and differential pressure to achieve two-phase flow mass flow online measurement.Based on the measurement method's requirements,an ultrasound correlation measurement tube is designed and fabricated,a set of multichannel signal high-speed data acquisition system is developed.The experimental study found that the new combination measurement method has in-depth research value,the measuring system and device have secondary development potential.The subsequent research of combination measurement algorithms,real flow experiments,device improvement scheme have great significance.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,Reference from previous combined measurement research results in the gas-liquid two-phase flow,research measurement theory of combination and basis for double V-cone flow meter's benefits of differential pressure measuring,ultrasonic flow meter's advantages in measuring the gas-liquid two-phase volume flow rate.A gasliquid two-phase flow measurement overall design idea is proposed which uses ultrasound correlation and differential pressure technology.Secondly,Base on this new combined measurement method,air-water real flow experiments are achieved by double V-cone flow meter's gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement model.Experiment result shows the combination measurement method of ultrasonic correlation and differential pressure is feasible for gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement.According to the combination measurement requirements of double flow meter and current signal measurement technology,ultrasonic measurement pipeline,ultrasonic driver and signal acquisition device are developed,the design of hardware and software modules includes multi-frequency ultrasonic signal generator and driver,signal acquisition and data transmission controller.Thirdly,problems of hardware and software program are solved by experiment debugging,the function of combination measurement data acquisition system is improved.By functional testing,it issue that the measurement device can achieve desired functionality and apply in the combination of ultrasonic correlation and differential pressure measurement.Real flow experiments show that: water flow in 5~20m3/h,gas flow in 5~15m3/h,and dryness x<0.007,the volume flow measurement error is 6.26%,the dryness error is 3.52%,the total mass flow measurement error is 6.92%.Finally,Summary research contents of this paper,pros and cons of combination measurement method and the present stage deficiencies of combination measurement device are analyzed,and the guidance of subsequent experimental studies is given.
