In the actual production operations of oil and gas fields,solid-liquid two-phase flow,gas-liquid two-phase flow and oil-gas-water three-phase flow media often appear in all aspects of mining and pipeline transportation;in the actual production operations of large thermal power plants,large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines It can be seen everywhere.Because the flow pattern and flow pattern of the multiphase flow medium are too complicated,the current technology is still unable to measure the mixed flow of pipelines containing multiple complex media.Therefore,how to accurately measure the flow of pipelines under a variety of complex media without separation of the phases,to provide guarantee for safe production and improve production efficiency,is the current focus of flowmeter research.The purpose of this thesis is to measure the composite flow in the pipeline under complex media.Using the ultrasonic time difference method,an ultrasonic flow measurement system is designed after systematic analysis and calculation of complex media such as large-diameter rubber-lined pipelines and gas-liquid two-phase flow..The entire system includes different specifications of ultrasonic transmitter circuits designed for different fluid characteristics,ultrasonic transducer modules,high-precision flow measurement hardware circuits based on the time difference method,software systems with hardware circuits as the core,and host computer programs.After the overall design of the system was completed,the performance of the system hardware circuit and software were debugged separately,a test system was established,and joint debugging was carried out.The debugged system has been tested and tested for performance at the production site,and the test data has been analyzed and processed.Experimental data shows that the ultrasonic flow measurement system designed in this paper can effectively complete flow measurement in a variety of complex media,and at the same time can adapt to the downhole high-temperature and high-pressure production environment,which has great impact on the complex multiphase flow measurement in actual industrial production help.
