Scissors lifting platform is a main kind of lifting mechanism s.It has been widely applied in many kinds of industrial fields,such as modern logistics,manned simulation,measurement test and equipment manufacture or maintenance because of its simple compact structure,steady lifting,easy installation and maintenance etc.The traditional scissors lifting platform often turns the small displacement of driving device into larger vertical stroke to achieve the up and down movement of the platform,but there are some disadvantages of the traditional structure,such as complex mechanical structure design,hard location of the driving device,complicated calculation and difficult to lift with constant speed.The paper proposed a scheme of electric lifting platform based on spiralift and double scissors mechanism by analyzing the characteristics of scissors and spiralift structure.It provides a new way for the design of small and medium-sized lifting platform.First of all,the paper researched the working principle and characteristics of scissors and spiralift structure by looking up the related literatures and analyzing the domestic and overseas research status of lifting mechanism.According to the design parameters of the platform,the paper proposed the design of the platform structure,elaborated the design of the shear fork arm,locking structure and the transmission parts,built the 3D models and simulation analysis,and optimized the structure with the analysis result.Secondly,according to the work principle of the platform and the technological requirements,the paper put forward three control schemes.The SIMOTION controller with S120 servo drive system was selected by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes.The hardware selection,electrical schematic diagram and a completed software of the system were finished with siemens’ manual and SIMOTION SCOUT.Finally,upon the completion of the mechanical structure design,processing,assembling and electric control system test,the paper did some experiments and tests for the system.The results show that the synchronous effect of locking structure is excellent,the operation of the platform is stable and reliable,the whole running time is less than 25 s,abnormal stop phenomenon does not exist because of the renewable energy,and the platform’s repetitive positioning accuracy is better than 1 mm.The lifting platform’s parameters satisfy the requirements of design index with the experimental results.
