The scissor type hydraulic lifting platform is a kind of stable lifting equipment and can be used in a wide range for goods lifting.With the continuous improvement of lifting height,it is necessary to explore the relationships among the single scissor type hydraulic lifting platform,the double scissors type and even the multistage.It is also necessary to explore the relationship between the variation of load and the force of hydraulic cylinder.Hydraulic system is the main power system of the lifting platform,so its quality is directly related to the reliability and stability of the lifting platform.The lifting platform totally has two important parts,the mechanical structure and the hydraulic system,and there are countless connections between them.The hydraulic system can not be separated from the mechanical structure,so it is necessary to analyze them.In this paper,the scissor type hydraulic lifting platform was taken as the research object,and its mechanical structure and hydraulic system were modelled and analyzed by using AMESim.The main contents of this paper were as follows:First of all,the thrust equations of the two stage scissors and the three stage scissors driven by single hydraulic cylinder were got according to the virtual displacement principle.And the equation of the relationship between the elongation of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and the operating angle of the lifting table,the equation of lifting platform's displacement rate and the equation of angle relation between spacing of the scissors arm's hinge points and horizontal plane angle were also derived according to the geometric relation.Secondly,the scissor type lifting platform was modelled based on AMESim and the Hydraulic library,Mechanical library,Signal,Control library,Planar Mechanical library,the causes and effects principles that must be followed in AMESim modeling process,ports matching relation of AMESim planar mechanical library,the choice of reference coordinate were explained.Thirdly,calculated the parameters which will be used later during the AMESim simulation process.Completed the hydraulic system modeling of the scissor type hydraulic lifting platform by using the AMESim libraries of Hydraulic,Mechanical and Signal,Control.And the modeling of mechanical structures of the scissor type hydraulic lifting platform was achieved by using the AMESim Planar Mechanical library.The rationality of hydraulic system was verified by AMESim simulation.The modeling relationship about multistage scissors mechanism –more than three-of the scissor type hydraulic lifting platform was deduced and the modeling relation of the planar mechanism of the multistage scissors mechanism was verified with the help of AMESim.The simulations of the two stage and the three stage scissor type hydraulic lifting platform were carried out by AMESim,and the correctness of the derived formula were verified by the AMESim simulation.Finally,the shortcoming of the mechanical structure design was found out through AMESim analysis and follow-up solutions were also proposed.Inlet throttle governing circuit,outlet throttle speed regulation circuit and import and export throttling speed control circuit were summarized and their characteristics were also discussed.The existing hydraulic system was optimized based on the import and export throttling speed control circuit so that the elevator speed control can be more reasonable and it was verified by the AMESim simulation.
