Development On Comprehensive Performance Test System Of Electronic Expansion Valve

Electronic expansion valve is one of the core parts of refrigeration system,as the frequency conversion air conditioning market is increasing,it is widely applied,its performance has a direct bearing on the quality of the refrigeration system.In order to ensure its security and stability,there need for testing of comprehensive performance.To meet the electronic expansion valve manufacturer requirements,to improve the quality of the electronic expansion valve,need to develop a set of electronic expansion valve comprehensive performance test equipment with accurate high efficiency and operation simple.The main research content of this article are:(1)first of all,the development status of electronic expansion valve and its driver and control algorithm are investigated,and the background and significance of the project are determined.(2)second,describes the structure and working principle of electronic expansion valve and determines the detection indicators of this system in the paper.The testing indexes include internal leakage,reverse pressure of opening valve,the pulse of opening valve,the maximum pressure of opening valve,the full flow of the valve.(3)According to the enterprise's needs,we make the design requirements of this system,then put forward the whole design scheme which includes control module,gas path module,detecting module,drive module,and system test software.The test software which is used in this system includes PLC and HMI test software.(4)This paper using Uncertainty Evaluation for the system,analyses all the source of uncertainty which can affect the test results.(5)Then evaluate the machine capability indexes of the system.After calculation,the result is that the machine capability indexes Cm,Cmk of the electronic expansion valve comprehensive performance system both are more than or equal to1.67 which meet industry standards.
