Since the end of the twentieth century,modern science and technology have developed vigorously,automation technology has continued to influence and promote the reform and upgrading of traditional industries,and automation equipment has also been continuously developed and produced accordingly.Enterprises are also slowly changing from labor-intensive to technology-intensive,which is the development trend of industrial automation.Complying with the development trend of the times is also the way out for expansion valve companies in the future.At present,the detection equipment for the performance of the thermal expansion valve has the problems of low automation,low intelligence,low detection efficiency,low integration of equipment functions,and large footprint.There are many drawbacks in manually operating various instruments to detect expansion valves,and the labor cost is increasing.Using modern industrial technology,researching expansion valve detection technology,a set of fully automatic equipment for expansion valve performance testing has been designed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Combining the status of automation technology at home and abroad and the status of expansion valve performance testing technology,the research significance of the analysis subject is analyzed.(2)According to industry standards and enterprise needs,through theoretical analysis and research,the system design requirements are formulated,and the overall design of the thermal expansion valve performance automatic test system is proposed,including torque adjustment unit,static superheat-valve port leakage detection unit,MOP-balance part leakage detection unit and robot conveyor unit.(3)Existing detection schemes are analyzed,the existing detection algorithms are improved;the overall conveying process is analyzed,and the robot conveying process is studied.(4)The software is designed,including PLC test software,human-machine interface test software and robot control software.(5)The corresponding experiment is carried out,and the test cycle of the whole machine was studied,and the machine performance index was introduced to analyze the system performance. |
