This paper studied the prefabricated shear wall structure split way. Analysis of the current design method using two split up because of the change in the construction way of edge components have lap steel, stirrup s and horizontal distribution will bear the horizontal shear reinforcement inside edge artifacts; Prefabricated parts filling wall slabs and whole, this part of the wall in the process of vertical load transfer method, construction measures and level in under the action of the main structure o f the constraint changes will affect the structure calculation, such as the connection structure is not consistent with what calculation assumption. Split method, this paper reference beam system satisfies the requirement of equivalent cast- in-situ, considering the component making and construction is convenient, put forward a new type of exterior wall full of prefabricated split method, solves the problems existing in the former two split ways. And presents a vertical rebar connection structure, shear wall connection between primary and secondary structure, composite floor flat- fell seam connection structure connected to the stairs. Almost all new way of split wall prefabricated, cast- in-place parts installed in the interior walls, interior walls can choose all or part of the precast cast- in-situ, beam with filler wall apart, shear wall and beam apart, field operation is simple, significantly reduce the wall wet homework, cast- in-situ part template for a basic font, prefabricated as one word, all components to make simple, force the way is clear, make the connection structure consistent with calculation assumption, can provide reference for split prefabricated shear wall structure design.Second of prefabricated building precast floor stripper, lifting, stora ge and lifting point and the location of the point in the construction process are studied. By preventing precast floor slab to take off the membrane with hoisting hanging point in the process of concrete cracking, tensile strength of concrete can't more than concrete tensile strength standard values. Conclusion precast floor slab edge hoisting position when stripping is less than 823 mm, appropriate value 800 mm. By controlling the demoulding after lifting sections of precast floor slab crack in the process of not more than 0.1 mm, it is concluded that 60 mm thick precast floor slab span is less than 5115 mm, 70 mm thick precast floor slab span is less than 5220 mm. Through to the end of the precast floor slab hoisting construction process support across the deflection control less than L / 250, it is concluded that the end of the precast floor slab hoisting construction process support spacing is less than 1803.6 mm, namely support spacing is less than 1800 mm.Studied the steel bar truss floor bearing board again, analysis of existing steel truss floor bearing colligation steel slab bottom one direction need, truss abdominal muscle too wasteful, plate bottom out steel bar and the upper shear wall or beam reinforced the problem of conflict. This paper puts forward a new type of three-dimensional floor bearing plate, steel truss and steel mesh two-way welding connection, truss reinforcement using single reinforcement oblique inserted with the lower level after reinforcing mesh welding. Design always instructions include all materials, sleeve and reinforcing bar connection details, main connection node structure diagram and the component demoulding, transport, storage, hoisting process technical requirements; Separation plan including plane split figure, facade split figure; Deepening component des ign is for the use of factory production drawings, should contain 3d sketch, template figure, profile, reinforcement figure, with processing error requirement of steel bar table, embedded parts form, reinforced concrete component information, etc. Can provide reference for split prefabricated shear wall structure design.
