As the development and progress of the times, the construction industry has developed rapidly in recent centuries.Building materials is an indispensable material foundation for building material,cement as the most widely used building materials,promote the development of the cement in the construction materials industry.Followed by the construction of high energy consumption, energy crisis highlights.China's cement industry structural overcapacity, high-grade cement, and low excess, which is the most widely used or ordinary cement.The backward industrial energy is the key of the concrete policies.The country needs to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction, to speed up the industry adjustment of the cement industry.Enterprises need to optimize performance of cement products to meet the needs of consumers.The emergence of magnesium chloride and magnesium cement has been the turning point, but due to the shortcomings of the magnesium chloride cement itself, the use of magnesium products is reduced.Under this background, appeared many kinds of cementitious materials at home and abroad.And the current standard specification on composite magnesia cementitious materials are not formally introduced, the preparation of magnesium products there is a considerable risk in use.It means that it is necessary to study the composite cementitious materials.Based on the present study of the data of magnesium oxide magnesium cement is not comprehensive, the study of new type composite cementitious material will also become the future trend.In view of this form, Yu Hongfa and other scholars of the research of the sulfur oxygen magnesium cement and magnesium chloride cement, its good strength and water resistance in the construction of the application has a major impact.In this paper, choose different composite materials from the view of engineering application, the preparation of three kinds of magnesite composite gelled material.According to the different mixing ratio parameters of producing the corresponding composite gelled material specimens,test their flexural strength and compressive strength,and then study the influence of the content of light burned magnesium, the content of magnesium sulfate solution, the amount of aluminum sulfate solution and the amount of phosphoric acid on the strength of the specimens.In this paper, through adding fly ash as a composite material,the preparation of magnesia fly ash composite gelled material.Through the test can be concluded that :1.When the mass fraction of magnesium sulfate solution is constant, the strength of the specimens increased with the amount of light burned magnesium.2.When the quality ratio of light burned magnesium and magnesium sulfate is fixed, the strength of the specimens decrease with the decrease of the concentration of magnesium sulfate solution,and the quality than the fixed value is 4.6,strength have the maximum value.3.When the quality ratio of light burned magnesium,magnesium sulfate and water is 4.6:1:3.7, aluminum sulfate solution dosage, dosage of phosphate respectively for light burned magnesium content of 1.5% and 1.8%,the maximum value for 28 days of flexural strength and compressive strength of composite cementitious materials were 6.8MPa and 51.3MPa.In this paper, through adding slag as a composite material,the preparation of magnesia slag composite gelled material.Through the test can be concluded that :1.When the mass fraction of magnesium sulfate solution is constant, the strength of the specimens increased with the amount of light burned magnesium.2.When the quality ratio of light burned magnesium and magnesium sulfate is fixed, the strength of the specimens decrease with the decrease of the concentration of magnesium sulfate solution,and the quality than the fixed value is 4.6,strength have the maximum value.3.Magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate quality than fixed, water reducing agent on mechanical properties of the composite cementitious material has no obvious effect.4.When the quality ratio of light burned magnesium,magnesium sulfate and water is4.1:1:2.1, aluminum sulfate solution dosage, dosage of phosphate respectively for light burned magnesium content of 3.33% and 2%,the maximum value for 28 days of flexural strength and compressive strength ofcomposite cementitious materials were 4.7MPa and 43.5MPa.In this paper, through adding fly ash and slag as the composite material,the preparation of magnesia fly ash,slag composite gelled material.Through the test can be concluded that :1.When the mass fraction of magnesium sulfate solution is constant, the strength of the specimens increased with the amount of light burned magnesium.2.When the quality ratio of light burned magnesium and magnesium sulfate is fixed, the strength of the specimens decrease with the decrease of the concentration of magnesium sulfate solution,and the quality than the fixed value is 4.6,strength have the maximum value.3.Magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate quality than fixed, the strength of the composite cementitious material with the rising ratio of fly ash and slag.4.When the quality ratio of light burned magnesium,magnesium sulfate and water is 2.9:1:3.7,aluminum sulfate solution dosage, dosage of phosphate respectively for light burned magnesium content of3.33% and 2%,the maximum value for 28 days of flexural strength and compressive strength of composite cementitious materials were 4.8MPa and 40 MPa.
