Research Of Multi-Functional Electric Parameter Measuring Instrument Based On LXI

With the constant progress of industrial production technology, the requirements are increased for industrial production in all kinds of test instruments. Field test has developed from manual to automated, from local to remote. LXI bus is a new technology that adapt to the development of the test model. Therefore, it has become a problem to be solved at present that to design a LXI bus interface for the multi-function electric parameter measuring instrument.This paper first introduces the development course and trend of the testing instruments. At the same time, this paper introduces the development course of LXI bus technology, gives the LXI interface hardware design scheme of the multi-functional electric parameter measuring instrument, studies three common transient interference, gives the anti-electromagnetic interference scheme of this measuring instrument.Secondly, in terms of software design, according to the international standard command of programmable instruments, the control command set for the multi-function electric parameter measuring instrument has been designed. After analysis kinds of SCPI command parsing methods, this paper puts forward a fast parsing method on SCPI command for MCU. The technical index of this measuring instrument is tested by the standard power output instrument FLUKE 5500, the LXI bus communication function is tested by computer, and the results meet the requirements of design.Finally, the electromagnetic immunity of this measuring instrument is tested in the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory in Beijing automatic control equipment factory, the results show that the electromagnetic compatibility of the measuring instrument reach the requirements for practical application.
