Due to over-exploitation of fossil fuels, people turned to a new type of clean energy, wind power is currently the most common form of human use of clean energy. China also follow the trend of world energy development, encourage the development and utilization of clean energy. Xinjiang's unique natural environment has become the main battlefield of clean energy. Now, in Xinjiang the clean energy market is very prosperity. In this paper, Xinjiang Mulei Laojunmiao wind farm for the study, analysis of the project feasibility study. Study the development of the background and status of the project feasibility, an overview of the purpose, role, significance and feasible research. Use of project management theory and methods, sorting out the main factors affecting the project construction, and these factors are analyzed in detail; including electricity market forecasts, wind resources, unit selection impact on profitability of the project, construction conditions and construction cycle factors were studied and analyzed. Necessity of project construction, financial viability and environmental impact evaluation made, and ultimately come to the conclusion project feasible. This paper uses the most major project evaluation method proposed construction of the wind power project feasibility studies, project management will learn to apply theoretical knowledge in practical projects, the findings of the follow-up of wind power projects in the region provided reference value, good for construction of wind farms in remote areas of the west.
