High-piled wharf is the main structure type on soft soil foundation. The water flow not only generates static and dynamic loads on the bent of high-pile wharf, but also may cause the vibration of the bent structure. The study about the stability and the bearing capacity of high-pile wharf under the flow loads has important significance. Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the working behavior and the bearing capacity of single pile and bent of high-piled wharf under flow load were studied. The vibration theory was applied to analyse the effects of the different connection between beam and pile and the fixed way between pile and soil on the natural frequencies of wharf pile and the effect of vortex-induced vibration on the pile body.(1) The research on the behavior of pile under multi-directional flow load show that double spring method overestimates the soil resistance. Three dimensional foundation beam-spring model is recommend for the analysis of multi-directional loade pile instead of double spring method.(2) According to the comparison of pile group effect between bent structure model ande five pile model, the constraints on top of pile added by beam not only affect the pile horizontal displacement of bent, but also reduce the pile deformation degree and weaken the pile group effect of bent.(3) According to the bearing capacity research of high-piled wharf bent under flow load, the constraints on top of pile added by beam increases the bending rigidity and the bearing capacity of bent structure. The stability of bent structure is much better than the pile structure.(4) The vibration analysis of high-piled wharf pile and bent indicates that the natural vibration frequency of pile in water with pile bottom fixed and pile top free is 1.54Hz, and the way of connection between pile and beam and the way of pile embed have no effect on the natural vibration frequency of pile ion water. The dynamic effect of flow on pile and bent is closely related to vortex period and structure natural vibration frequency. When the vortex period is 1.9s, the dynamic coefficient of flow on pile is 1.13, which shows that the dynamic effect of flow on pile is relatively obvious, and the dynamic coefficient of flow on bent first order vibration mode is 71.04, which shows that the resonance effect of flow on bent is obvious.
