Development Of Impedance Measurement System Based On AD5933 And The Discussion Of Related Experiments

Impedance measurement is used to study or measure some features of the object, it is widely used in many fields. In recent years, with the development of impedance measurement technology, the measure method from the traditional analog one has changed to the computerized and digital signal processing methods. The AD5933 is a chip which is dedicated to impedance measurement and based on digital signal processing method, it is convenient for impedance measurement. In this thesis, the measurement chip and the embedded technology were used to develope a portable impedance measurement system, then some related experiments were designed for the system.In the thesis, the typical impedance measurement products on the market were introduced firstly, secondly the theory and method of impedance measurement were expounded. After that the scheme of impedance measurement system based on AD5933 was gived according to some functional requirements. Then the hardware and software of the instrument were designed including the thought of hardware circuit, singlechip processor software and PC software both on the MFC and Lab VIEW. Finally the instrument system was tested, and some experiments were designed while the results were shown.
