BIM technology is another technological revolution following the computer-aided design (CAD) technology during the development of information of the construction industry. This has made it difficult for the exchange and sharing of information during the different phases and different application systems and blocked the application of information technology in the construction area, especially for the construction phase. Therefore, it has become a research direction and trend to build up building construction management system in order to enhance the application level of project management in building industry.In this paper, the construction phase integration management and Web technology basic theory are comprehensively applied, the data exchange method is proposed to achieve the effective integration of data and information for the construction phase of the project, through BIM multi-source heterogeneous data analysis. Then, the data of the corresponding Web interface is developed based on the integration of the data format analysis, which makes the three-dimensional model can be achieved by browser. Finally, this paper proposes a BIM multi-source heterogeneous data integration management platform and Web-oriented structure based on the Web-based technology and database technology, which is used to verify the integration management platform and core technology for the BIM heterogeneous data of the construction phase of the project this paper proposed. In conclusion, the research provides an efficient management method to improve the overall efficiency of the construction project. |
