In the stamping process, high-speed blanking press may cause severe vibration, influence self-machining accuracy and work precision instruments surrounding and destroy the health of local workers. But in the work of high-speed blanking press, in which there exists features of large size, heavy load, high speed and broadband frequency response, this problem of vibration isolation can not be solved well until now. The paper employed the high speed precision press which is produced by an unknown company as an experiment object. This study adopted theoretical analysis, numerical simulation combined with experiment verification to fouse on the problems of vibration isolation of high-speed blanking press, and designed a new nonlinear isolator to isolate the press vibration and improve vibration isolation rate of the system.Firstly, based on the theoretical calculate formula of disc spring, the study analyzed load displacement formula on the condition that the disc spring had bearing surface or not. According to the formula, the study researched other mechanical properties of disc spring, and analyzed the effects of parameters of disc spring, to provide theoretical criterion of designing disc spring.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis of serialization, the study determined three solutions of serialization design of nonlinear isolator, respectively are size serialization, group serialization and overall style serialization. Also, the paper made specific study about the solutions, in order to satisfy the need of customers and enhance enterprise profit.Then, aiming at the vibration features of high-speed blanking press and considering the effect of eccentric load, the paper designed the new nonlinear isolator. It studyed on the vibration model of high-speed blanking press, considering the two conditions whether there existed linear bearing surface or not on the press, and simulated and analyzed the vibration isolation property of different system of vibration isolation. At the same time, on the foundation of boundary friction, the finite element analysis was used on the single disc spring and couple disc springs by Ansys, comparing the result of theoretical analysis with finite element analysis result.Finally, the study tested the property of nonlinear isolator on the high-speed blanking press, and made the compared with the traditional rubber vibration isolator. The result showed that the new nonlinear isolator had the greater advantage over traditional rubber isolator on the property of test and analysis, and was better than the latter on the overall performance.
