The asphalt concrete pavement is widely used in the highway because of its superiority. With the widespread application of the asphalt concrete, the research of the asphalt concrete also tends to be diversified. For environmental considerations and new materials research, a lot of researchers try to study the properties of glass asphalt mixture in different aspects of the asphalt mixture. At present, most of the scholars is the glass as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate mixture into the asphalt mixture, and the glass can be in the form of glass powder, alternative slag in asphalt mixture in the related research is rare.Slag in asphalt mixture plays an important role, it and asphalt interact with each other to form asphalt mortar, and advantages and disadvantages of the performance of asphalt mortar on the performance of asphalt mixture is usually have a decisive role. The study showed that the powder in the asphalt mixture should give priority to the limestone of alkaline slag, alkaline slag asphalt and strong adhesion, but do not suggest using acidic slag of granitic. Glass powder were acidic, with its alternative slag in asphalt mixture is bound to affect the performance of asphalt mixture, for environmental protection and the glass asphalt concrete research system complete consideration, for glass powder mixed membership on the asphalt mixture material produce what kind of impact. This paper explore research. In this paper, we do the following work: through the indoor test of glass powder to replace all fines of asphalt mixture with the ratio design and volume parameters. Under the ordinary asphalt condition, according to the amount of glass powder to substitute the powder substitute different to study glass powder instead of mineral powder to asphalt mixture water stability were investigated. At the same time, the influence of different kinds of asphalt on the water of glass powder asphalt mixture was discussed by using modified asphalt as contrast.Using different amounts of Ca(OH)2 and CaO as anti stripping agent, to investigate the change of water stability of asphalt mixture in the case of adding anti stripping agent.Get the following main conclusions: glass powder to substitute the powder will not change the optimal asphalt content of asphalt mixture, and the alternative asphalt mixture volume parameters change trend in the same, the stability of asphalt mixture remained basically unchanged; glass powder to substitute the powder of asphalt mixture water stability has a significant impact, when the glass powder 100% replacement slag mixed material of water stability is reduced to zero(i.e. test pieces in constant temperature water bath 60 after ℃48 hours of immersion, try loading before the internal structure has been damaged); the use of modified asphalt can get in a certain extent improve glass powder and asphalt mixture water stability, but improve the result is not obvious. Using Ca(OH)2 and CaO as solid anti stripping agent can effectively improve the water stability of asphalt mixture, and the effect of Ca(OH)2 is better than CaO. |
