China is an earthquake-prone country.It is the worst natural disaster thatthe personal casualties,economic losses and social impact is caused by earthquake.Frame-shear wall structure is widely used at present in our country,the present study of its vulnerability and earthquake resistant capability evaluation are less,especially consideringthe condition of uncertainty.In this paper,the small sample sampling technique combined with IDA analysis,fully considering the uncertainty of the structure and the ground motion parameter,the frame-shear wall structure seismic vulnerability analysis;and the seismic performance of the kind of structure is evaluated using the method of vulnerability analysis ability and the demand of seismic performance evaluation of the structure.The main works are as follows:Based on theframe-shear wall structure as the research object,according to the current seismic design code,The structure of a typical office buildingis designedin this article.The structure of the nonlinear analysis model is established,the structure and the uncertainty parameters of ground motion is selected.In the modeling process bar element simulation centre sill,column section are selected,Takeda model as the hysteretic model is chose,and three parameters are selected to consider the structureuncertainty;Shear Wall Element is chose to simulatethe Shear Wall part,and four material parameters are chose to consider the uncertainty of the structure.In combination with PGA/PGV this the ground motion parameter,the Latin hypercube sampling combined with orthogonal design method is used,in order to take the sampling form for earthquakestructure sample.And then the incremental dynamic analysis method is used to take the IDA analysis by the Perform-3d finite element analysis software,in order to consider the ground motion parameter uncertainty.And on this basis,the typical structure of the seismic vulnerability is analyzed,and the typical structure is evaluated according to the results of the vulnerability analysis of seismic performance.It is shown that:"no damage in Minor Earthquakes,mendable in Moderate Earthquakes,no collapsing in Major Earthquakes" in theseismic requirements,which means it has a good seismic performance.Demand capacity coefficient method is used at the same time,the statistical analysis of IDA analysis results forperformance levels"no damage in Minor Earthquakes,mendable in Moderate Earthquakes,no collapsing in Major Earthquakes",on the frame-shear wall structure seismic performance evaluation.Combining with"three levels" performance the following conclusionis got:under the "MinorEarthquakes"fortification level of structure seismic performance to achieve the goal of"no damage in Minor Earthquakes";under the "Moderate Earthquakes"fortification level of structure seismic performance to achieve the goal of'mendable in Moderate Earthquakes";the objectives of the "no collapsing in Major Earthquakes"can also be achieved under the"Major Earthquakes" fortification level.
