In recent years,based on China's sustained and rapid economic development,the high-rise building structure is also in rapid development ,more and more functions are contained in the complex structure needed by the people. From the perspective of the building use function, under normal circumstances, the following layers will mostly structure space relatively large shopping malls, restaurants and other places of entertainment; office space, residential will be arranged in the middle and upper floors of the building.However, in the point of structural design, The building structure is the requirement of lower floor column spacing between the smaller and more wall layout, and with the increase of floor layers the wall became less and also between the column spacing decreases.Therefore, it is necessary to set up the conversion layer to meet the requirement of the system. This paper studies the seismic performance of frame shear wall structure by changing the height of the conversion layer and the layout of shear wall.In this paper, the upper and lower span of the conversion layer is changed or not,which is divided into two types: span the same and span change. In span the same circumstances,In the case of the same span, the structure of the upper part of the transfer story is changed or not, which is divided into two parts: the upper structure is frame shear structure, and the upper structure is shear wall structure;The finite element analysis model of nine kinds of frame shear wall structures is established on the basis of the three structures, the conversion layer of each structure is set in the third layers, the sixth layer and the eighth layer above the ground of the structure.Analysis of calculation method of shear wall structure seismic performance of the frame through the investigation of high-rise, choose two natural seismic waves and one artificial seismic wave. Comparison of the natural vibration period and seismic response of different structural concept by the method of response spectrum analysis. The maximum floor displacement, lateral stiffness and story drift angle of different structural schemes are analyzed. Analysis of elastic dynamic time history analysis method, research on frequent maximum floor displacement, lateral schemes of different structures, layer displacement angle under frequent earthquakes stiffness,layer displacement angle. Analysis of elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis method, research on frequent maximum floor displacement, lateral schemes of different structures, layer displacement angle under rarely occurred earthquakes stiffness.Evaluation of the conversion layer set height influence on the performance of frame shear wall structure, analysis results show that : no matter what kind of structure system, the conversion layer set too top, disadvantage for the seismic behavior of the structures, set lower,the seismic performance of structures is better,so suggest the conversion layer is arranged on the bottom layer structure. Evaluation Influence of three kinds of structures on seismic performance of frame shear wall structure. Which is doesn't change, change and the different structures of upset with no change of span. The analysis results show that : the seismic performance of no change span is the best,and the worst is the upset is frame shear structure with change span, between the two is shear wall structure with change span.
