Aiming at the vibration problem caused by unbalance of rotor mass in rotating machinery, on the rotor pre-installed automatic balancer can online achieve vibration suppression. The electromagnetic balancing head has the advantages of simple and compact structure, reliable self-locking, short balance time, the vibration state of the rotating shaft can be monitored in real time, achieve high precision, high speed spindle unbalance vibration real-time suppression. Therefore, it has certain engineering value and economic benefit to further study the electromagnetic balance head and promote the application. Based on this, the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1) Magnetic field analysis and optimization design of magnetic circuit structure of electromagnetic balance head. On the basis of the existing balance head, the finite element model of electromagnetic balance head is established, get the weight disc step in the process of locking force and driving force of the changes by static magnetic field simulation. On this basis, the influence of different structure parameters on the maximum self locking force and the maximum driving force is studied, the research results have guiding significance for the optimization design of magnetic circuit structure and driving current.(2) Study on deformation and optimization of counterweight plate bearing support in rolling under high centrifugal force. A counterweight plate supported by rolling bearing finite element model is built, to obtain the relative motion relationship of each component in the internal bearing under the condition of self-locking state by display dynamics simulation. According to the quasi dynamic simulation study on the counterweight plate deformation with different weight block shape, different speed, different bearing materials, counterweight plate on both sides of the counterweight blocks of the same and different balance ability, to improve the design of the counterweight disk gradually and puts forward the optimum design of the structure of the counterweight disk. Structure optimization can effectively reduce the weight plate deformation and vibration of rolling body, improve the stability of the balancing head operation and ensure the balance head self-locking, driving performance.(3) Research on automatic balancing scheme of turbine engine. According to the rotating shaft of a certain type of turbine engine, the modal analysis and the unbalance response analysis of the rotor system with automatic balancing head is carried out by the finite element analysis software Workbench, the natural frequencies, mode shapes and critical speeds are obtained. By comparing the unbalance response of the rotor blades and the compressor before and after the dynamic balance of the electromagnetic balancer, the results show that the electromagnetic balancing head has a good vibration damping effect on the unbalance vibration of the rotating shaft of the turbine engine.
