The operating of the intelligent water supply network system is a complicated project. It is based on the the automatic measurement and monitoring system, pipe network hydraulics model system and flow & pressure equilibrium regulations,with data collecting, data processing analysis, monitoring, water meter checking, pipeline detection, user surveys, stress manage, maintenance, processing, systematic management. In order to reach the scientific management of intelligent water supply network, first of all, a hydraulic model that reflects different running conditions of water supply system. Therefore, the mainly contents of the subject will be:the establishment of hydraulic model of water supply network and its proofread research in Y-City, and after that a research on leak control of water pipe will be done.The data of building pipe model usually comes from SCADA and GIS, and build topology of water supply network by spot survey. However, due to the lack of basic data, some issues occurred in SCADA and GIS system in Y-city when searching for the data material of pipe network. Therefore, a method, using combination of current CAD draw for pipe and GIS system, is proposed in this article to solve the problem of incomplete data of pipe network topology; another method, using supply measure data for important node, is proposed to solve the problem of incomplete date of SCADA system as well. Meanwhile, in order to solve the problems of messy and unsystematic data of water amount in Y-city, a method, distingushedlarge users from the rest and division flow distribution for the rest users, is being discussed here in this article.After analyzing the basic data of pipe network model, concerning data(including pipe length, pipe diameter, roughness coefficients, etc) are introduced to the software EPANET2.0 to build pipe network hydraulic model, then manually proofread to reduce errors, the following step is to solve the objective function by means of genetic algorithms, which obtain accurate hydraulic model of supply pipe network in Y-city.This paper uses the method of Pipe Hazen-William Coefficient to control the measured value and simulation value of node pressure of water distribution systems model within the standard error range when proofread pipe network hydraulic model. On the basis of accurate hydraulic model, the established hydraulic model will determine residual chlorine coefficient decay of supply water pipe network in Y-city by experiment. EPANET2.0 will be used to build the water quality model through manual proofreading and Genetic Algorithm automatic proofreading. Lastly, on the basis of established hydraulic model, the cause of pipe network leakage in Y-city will be analyzed by means of the combination of analyzing pipe material, age limit and node pressure with distribution management of DMA. Meanwhile, corresponding measures will be put forward to deal with leakage control in Y-city.
